The following is an ongoing, constantly updated list of questions and answers for attendees of NomadFEST 2018. Check back often as new information will be added weekly.
IMPORTANT: Please do not ignore the general rule of thumb… always leave your camp site cleaner than it was when you arrived. The city of Wellington has been very helpful through this process and we want to take care of their land. Camping included in registration is at the Fairgrounds and open for all to enjoy from Thursday, October 18th through Monday, October 22nd. We ask that all attendees be check out of the fairgrounds by 1:00PM Monday so that we can clean the grounds.
WHEN & WHERE CAN I CHECK IN?
Check in for attendees without an RV will be open at the fairground all day Friday and at The Ritz Theatre all day Saturday and Sunday.
RV campers can check in at the Fairgrounds at the times listed below:
- Thursday, October 18th, 2018: NOON – 8:30PM
- Friday, October 19th, 2018: 8:3oAM to 5:00PM

HOW MANY TICKETS DO I NEED FOR MY FAMILY?
Registration for tickets is organized by individual attendee, not by RV. Every attendee must have an issued ticket to attend all NomadFEST events. If you have three adults traveling in a single RV, for example, three tickets will need to be purchased, one for each adult. This is the same for all levels of registration, including VIP.
ARE MEALS INCLUDED?
The Friday night BBQ is included for all attendees with VIP, regular and early bird tickets. VIP ticket holders are also invited to join us at a special reception dinner at Foxtrail Ranch on Thursday evening at 5:00 PM (Included with VIP registration).
Attendees are responsible for all other meals.
Please note there are concessions at The Ritz Theatre and catered food options will be available for purchase from third party vendors at nearby locations on Saturday and Sunday.
HOW DOES SEATING WORK AT THE RITZ?
All seating will be reserved and assigned in advance by date/time of purchase. Your seat tickets will be issued at check in.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY CHILDREN TO ATTEND?
There is no charge for children who can share a seat with a parent/guardian at The Ritz Theatre. Please note that only ticket holding attendees will be assigned a reserved seat at the venue.
WHAT ABOUT ALCOHOL?
While there are rumors the laws could change through a ballot measure before our event, Wellington sits in a fully DRY county. This means alcohol cannot be sold or purchased in the county. You will need to bring your own beer, wine and/or spirits.
