(Wellington, TX) – Nomadic Life Films and EPIC Nomad TV today announced a powerful addition to its production unit with full time RVer and YouTuber Jesse Ingram taking on the role of Lead Cinematographer for the RV Nomads feature length film. Ingram, an Air Force and Army Corps’ veteran, will work with Film Director Tom Morton and Producer Eric Odom this summer as production of the RV Nomads movie gets underway. The studio views Ingram’s addition to the team as a bold move to enhance the epic story being told through the film scheduled for premiere in October of 2018.
Ingram is an incredibly talented film student who not only gets it when it comes to visual media production, he lives the lifestyle the film is designed to depict. When discussing the project in early conversations Ingram unloaded his thoughts on his life changing decision to become an RV Nomad. “Aren’t we led to believe that more money and more “stuff” brings happiness and satisfaction? Our son was born July 2017 and in October my wife and I made our hardest decision yet. We sold our home and our “stuff”, I quit a perfectly good job, and we became Full-time RVers,” said Ingram. “This is an important part of our story to share because as scary as it was, amazing opportunities have resulted. We spent the holidays with our families, this winter beachside in Mexico, and now look forward to being part of RV Nomads; something that would’ve never happened if it weren’t for that difficult decision. As humans we all learn from one another’s experiences. I hope the stories shared in RV Nomads will not only inspire, but empower viewers to find their own path to a fulfilling life.”
Ingram joins a project that includes full time nomads such as Less Junk < More Journey, Mortons On The Move, Hebard’s Travels, RVLove, Pau Hana Travels, Always On Liberty, RVChickadee, Exploring The Local Life, Chickery’s Travels, Audrey Callahan, Drivin’ & Vibin’ and More Than A Wheelin’. The film tells the epic story of how hundreds of thousands of individuals are unplugging from a traditional lifestyle in favor of one on the open road via recreational vehicles. It’s an incredible tale of how life changing decisions can present freedom most only dream of, and it will be told through the stories of those currently living it, documenting it and sharing it with millions of viewers on social media.
“We’re thrilled to have Jesse on board and he’s a perfect fit for our production tribe,” said the film’s Producer Eric Odom. “We’ve strived from day one to build a team fully consisting of RVers who not only understand the lifestyle, but also live it day in and day out. Having Jesse on board fulfills our commitment to produce this story about a movement utilizing those who actively experience it themselves.”
Production of the film begins mid-May in the Texas panhandle with a premiere set to take place at NomadFEST in Wellington this October. NomadFEST, an event that bills itself “the biggest little RV rally in the world,” will enjoy its maiden launch this October with more than 500 RVers expected to attend the multiple day convergence. The event includes the premiere of RV Nomads, a film festival, a conference on digital nomadism and many more events designed for RV Nomads.
RV Nomads will be available for online streaming via the EPIC Nomad TV platform in November of 2018.
